I loved the "Wicked" series so I chose to read this one and I think I like this one better. It was so moving. It was romantic and I just couldn't put it down. I just wanted...to read it. I felt like I had to know what happened; that I had to know if it would end happily. (I'm sucker for that.) It was really good! I'm looking forward to reading other.

I am just getting into this series and have noticed that most of the books all have a sort of once upon a time aura. Upon reading this book, I was pleasently surprised that it took place in a historical period. I loved the characters' personalities. They were so real. This book definitely inspired the writer in me and I've picked up on a former novel I paused on. Can't wait for Rose Bride!

Thank you, Sarah. SPIRITED is one of my favorite books. I just completed THE ROSE BRIDE, which will be published in June. It is another fairytale retelling, kind of like Cinderella but with a twist.
