Ellen should be played by Amanda Seyfried she played Karen Smith in the movie Mean Girls.

I’m 14 and was at the school library and the book just popped out at me. I read your book I immedietly got addicted to it and read it in about 4 hours. Its probably the BEST book I have ever read. I LOVED IT! I definetly think that you should make a movie! I’d watch it over and over again. You should DEFINETLY write a sequal!!

I love this book. The suspence, murder, romance, and high school problems can relate to anyone. And the inside few of the clique is simply wonderful! The suspence is killing! It took me only 2 days to read the book since it was so amazing! Who else thinks it should become a movie, right!?

At the beginning, I sort of suspected the ending, but as the plot went along, I thought, ‘No, it can’t be.’ Imagine my surprise when I turned out to be right!! Anyway, the story was well-written, enticing, and truly freaky! The end made me sit and think for a bit, ‘How did this happen?’ A classic horror for teens. Keep up the good story-telling!

Well, I just finished reading your book ‘pretty little devils’ in hot pink paperback after it caught my eye in my local bookstore. I must say I could NOT put it down. The suspense was great and I really enjoyed reading it, though I could not understand why the killer killed the second person. If you could explain to me, in my email, that would be great!
Like other posters in this thread, I also feel you should turn this book into a movie. The whole time I was reading it, I kept thinking to myself, “THEY HAVE GOT TO MAKE THIS INTO A MOVIE! IT’LL BE GREAT!” Seriously. It’ll be a hit. I imagine it to be kinda like Mean Girls&&Heathers with a devilish mysterious twist.

I loved this book! It was suspenseful, with great characters…plus it really showed how some people will do anything for friends, popularity, and revenge. You definitely kept everyone guessing, shifting the blame from one person to the next, and letting you know one subtle clue at a time who did it. I too hope for a sequel and agree that it would make a superb movie! Best of wishes!

I absolutely, positively LOVED reading Pretty Little Devils!! I couldn’t put it down (i almost fogot i was supposed to be paying to the teacher in school! lol). I was heart broken when the book ended - i want more! Myself being an author of 14, my mind went crazy with story ideas - it was amazing. You inspired me SO much with your book! I fell in love with the characters - they made me want to write until my fingers fell off! (lol)

Nacy my friend is reading the clique series. I said she should totally read pretty lil devils. She put down the clique series and read the book in 3 hours. Also u should defently make a sequl because you left me at a cliff hanger so it makes sience to make a sequal. also i need more books that are like this one! Cause i love csi and books all about tenage hatred and drama! I LUV UR BOOKS!

Dear Nancy,
One of my friends, Marcia was just taking stuff out of her backpack and took out PLD and shoved it towards me and said: Here! Read this book! I agreed at first I was like this is like a High School Drama book..but then all the action started coming in. I was thinking of who might be the killer…Lakshimi?No. Matty? No. When I finished the book I was like it was Ellen!!!!!!!!!! OMG! Now I reccomend it to all my friends and do the same thing as Marcia did to me. I take the book and shove it to someone. It was scary yet good. I am 10 by the way.

WOW! I LOVE LOVE LOVED Pretty Little Devils! I first saw it at Barnes and Noble and was like OO i’d like to read that. I’m in my school’s book club and someone suggested it and i was like YEAH! I saw that a couple days ago! So now like EVERYONE in our bookclub LOVES the book! I AM STILL SHOCKED! I stayed up till like 12 in the morning reading it. I couldnt put it down! I hope you write more books like this!

I absolutly loved your book. It wasn’t like everyother book about teenagers this day and it had an extremly surprising ending. Please come out with a sequel and also you should consider making this into a movie, it would be fantastic!

this book was the best and most suspensfuly, gripping book.PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE, write a sequal i really want to see what happens when Sylva gets out of juvie and if she stabs Megan right in the back.unless the PLD’s get back together.jst wanted to let you know that this was THE best book ive ever read in my ENTIRE life. im in middle school and evn though this book takes place in the highschool i can toadally relate to this book. i have a group in my school just like it.

OMG Nancy, loved the book soooooooo much. I read it in 2 hours. But since I read it at night it was like 12 when I went to bed and even though it was just a book it makes it seem so much more real and I was freeking out!! It’s so much more vivid then any movie would be. I sware sometimes I felt like i was in the book because i was so engrossed in it. LOVE IT! I’ve already read it 3 times again jsut to see what i missed and i realized that since i culdnt put the book down the first time that i missed lots of things. and when i read it a second time i saw lots more things and the 3rd tiem i read it i caught EVERYTING it is soooo amazing how good this book is. I heard of the pretty little liar series and at first i thought u wrote it but then i noticed that u didnt. It’s sorta liek the same concept as ur book in a way altho their keeping a secret taht is going to come out eventually, and well people dont know who really killed those animals and peopls. Anyway taht just caught my attention. well lvoe you and ur books!!

Pretty little devils is such a cool book. I read it in one day and I really loved it. I took it out of my bookbag today and a lot of my friends said it looked interesting and they want to read the book. I really love this book. Can there please be a sequel?

Omg the end was so unexpected and scary! im still really confused about how it could be her though…all the details. If you make a sequel you should talk about how it was her and more about sylvia and the details on what else happened. i really hope you make a sequel! this reminds me of my other favorite books the series pretty little liars by sara shepard. those are good too!

my friend insisted that i read this book, and i read it while reading about four other books, but i loved the book so much, and i even made a list of suspects!! i thought for sure it was sylvia once i got towards the end, or even sylvia and ellen. but then i got really confused on the last page. so that person was the one who did the whole thing? then how did the obvious suspect at the end do everything else while being innocent?

This books was AMAZING…. but I kinda have a love/hate thing going with it… the ending was super surprising and upsetting, cuz the people in the book didn’t know it was Ellen, but I still loved it! Nancy, this was one of the best books I have ever read! I loved the suspense and the drama! I was wondering though, did Ellen kill out of jealousy or hatred? You really have to write a sequel! They need to catch Ellen and I want to know what happened to Lakshmi! Like if she died or if she went into a coma or something! Overall, great book!

Nancy, I just picked up Pretty Little Devils late last night and I wasn’t able to put it down until I finished it! It was so spooky that I had to turn my lights on and bring my dog in the room

It makes no sense really for the killer to do all those things. There has to be sequel to explain all this or at least a FAQ to explain it all because I am so confused. But still an amazing book overall! ^_^

i saw the hot pink catch my eye so i picked it up and read the back and it sounds good
i absolutely loved this book took me a day to read but it was worth it. once i started readin it kept me on edge and i couldnt stop
