    I found your books from the Wicked series to be amazing. I actually enjoied them more then the Harry Potter series, and that can be hard for me to say sometimes. I find that a majority of your books are more interesting the the rest of the Buffy books I have read of yours. I really hope that soon you will come out with the fifth book and that this series takes off even more the the HP series. Thank you for your hard work, and keep it up! Because your fans love you!

    I was so intrigued by the books that I took them everywhere with me. To work, to the doctors, to a friends house and family’s homes too. I had to know what was going on. I hope the publishers give you and Debbie Viquie the “go” soon. I am dying to know what comes next. Especially with the twist at the end. Alex just did not seem right and now we know why but still. We need to know what comes of Holly and Alex and know if Jer steps up(finally). I am patiently waiting for the 5th book. (well as patiently as I can)(LOL) Thank you both for writing such and action packed series. I look forward to the next one.

    I haven’t read ANY of Nancy’s books other than Buffy and Angel related, so I can’t say much about the better-than-Buffy comment, but I will say this: I’m sure when you’re writing a media tie-in, you have VERY little input in the characters lives and the plot compared to a book having no connection to anything but the author. As for the HP comment, I have also felt the same way about some of the works in the Buffy-verse, especially Nancy’s work. It was hard for me to accept becuse I’ve been a POTTER fan for such a long time, but BtVS novels such as The Gatekeeper Trilogy by Nancy, The Lost Slayer series by Christopher Golden, and Portal Through Time by Alice Henderson have just pulled me in so much and have thrilled me to the point of slowing down on my love for all things HP. Now, if only we could have a party every time a new Buffy book came out…

    i know you’ve heared it before but this series is so awsome!. I bought the two special edition books on Sunday and finished both on tuesday!! I’ve never done that before. lets just say as soon as i was done with the books i checked to see if there is going to be a 5th book.Im so happy to hear its in some kind of process of forming. With the ending of book 4 i just know 5 will be great. make it long. but i’ll do my part in reading slower. Goog luck with your writing ~N

    I hope that the editors of Nancy Holder and Debbie Viguie do occassionally read these posts, and I would like to inform them that it would be ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS not to give both Nancy and Debbie the go ahead to start and finish the next installment of the “Wicked” series! I finished both special edition books in less than 24 hours and am was so disappointed to run out to Barnes and Nobles to find that the 3rd installment has not been published! And then to come to this page to find that as of April 7th, both authors are waiting for the “go, ahead.” I am completely outraged! I absolutely love these books, and have reccomended them to everyone I know who has the interest to actually pick up a book. They are definitely on my list of top ten, I have devoured every word on every page and just been left completely captivated!

    P.S. If you enjoyed the “Wicked” books, then I almost guarantee that you will also enjoy the “SWEEP” series by Cate Tiernan, its along the same lines as the “Wicked” series, but keeps the plot and story in “normal” everyday life kind of setting.

    OMG! i am absolutely in LOVE with these books! Wicked has opened my eyes to an entirely different world! i am in love with Jeraud! He is my absolute favorite character. I want to know what happens next! so many of my questions have been left completely unanswered! i first bought the books when i was in Pennsylvania with my cousins, i finished them all later that night. i just couldn’t put them down. i love the world of Wicked you’ve created. it’s amazing what wonderful things can be thought up. You have GOT to keep me posted on when the next one comes out. i’ve been absolutely dying to read it! I want to know what happens with Eli and Nicole. Where did her baby come from? What will happen With Alex and Holly? Who is the imposter pretending to be Alex Carruther? where is the real Alex Carruther? What will happen to Jer’s and Holly’s relationship. Will the spirits of Jean and Isabeau never end? Is there really a love that Jer and Holly have behing Jean and Isabeau’s? I am seriously DYING here waiting for these answers! you have GOT to finish it as quickly as you possibly can! please please please!

    Hi Nancy, I really loved ur Wicked books they are close to the worships of the Goddess. I have read all the Harry Pottter collection and loved ur books so much more they are enchanting . I read the books in a couple days time. I myself am going to be a writer and believe that u are one of the best keeping ur reader guessing at all times. The love story and the magic is phenomanal. I am very excited for the third book to come i have all these idea of what i may think will happen but its not as good as reading it sp please hurry and finish the 3rd, im dying to know what happens next.

    I’m in my 30’s and I picked up the series for my teenage daughter. I love them. I even got my husband to read them. He’s hooked just like I am. The “Wicked” series is the first series of books that I had know what happened next. Hope you continue the series. I also think that they would make an excellent movie series too. Since Harry Potter is so popular right now. Do you recommend another book that might have similar action and suspense as the “Wicked” series?     Ok so basically I have been a devout follower of your writing for YEARS now and i must say that I am going to go crazy if the next installment of the wicked series does not get created!! I mean i have the original 4 books and they are all yellow and worn from my constant re-reading!! GAHGGHSGJFSFGSJH (the sound of my frustration) but yeah just have to say i love the heart-wrenching plots that you and debbie think up!

    This is probably one of the most captivating series I’ve ever accidently stumbled across! Not only is it an amazing read, but I found myself connected with the book in so many ways. (IE: my name being Kari, and my best friend is named Holly… not to mention I’m wiccan, too. There are many more parallels, but I dont have room to name them all here) Every time I picked it up, I had to get reinforcements to help me put it down long enough to go to class. I really enjoy the story line, and solid plot. The way each character is connected in some way with one another is just brilliant. It must be hard to keep it all straight. You two do an amazing job at it and I am more impatient waiting for Wicked 3 to come out than I was for Deathly Hallows… This series is superb. Keep it up and I’ll keep being a loyal reader. Hope the book is soon.

The last Wicked book was so hard for me to put down, right up until about 30 pages before it ended, I made my self stop reading it because I didn’t want it to end, and had no idea there would be anymore, until that last sentance that is.      YEAH!!! I just finished the first four in 4 days…I just couldn’t put them down…so glad that there will eventually will be a 5th one…these should so be movies…the world is so clearly presented that I had no problem seeing it in my head. FANTASTIC stories…it inspired to start working on my witch stories I am writing again.

     And I just have to say…go Uncle Richard!!!…sorry, couldn’t help it…I love him.

     oh…one more thing…I don’t think I have enjoyed reading something this much since I read Mists of Avalon by Marion Zimmer Bradley…not even when reading Harry Potter…I mean I will love almost any witch stories…but these are so much more real that the Potter series will ever be.

     anyway…let’s hope that the publishers get some sense knocked into them…I work at Barnes and Noble and I have been recommending this series to anyone I see looking for or reading other young adult fantasy…one woman went off to look for it right away…

     I would like to say how enraged I am at your editor for his or her idiocy. The job of an editor is to actually look at a piece of work to be published. Quite frankly, I do not understand how your editor can read your work and see how blatantly clear is it that Spellbound is a segue into an additional book, allow that book to be published and THEN to have the audacity to not give you guys the immediate go. I have finished all of your previous books in the Wicked series and enjoyed reading them and was anxious to read the next. However, when I began to look for the title of the next book, I was enraged to see that not only has there not been one released, your editor is making it difficult to please the fans and readers of your series. I find it unfortunate that two talented writers such as yourselves are forced to work with such a bumbling idiot who clearly does not contain the genius to understand that if you put out a series the readers will want it to be completed. I do hope that you both get the “green light” from the idiots down at your publishing company because I feel that it is unfair to ensnare the readers and only to have them be let down when your clearly uncaring editors do not allow the series to continue. I hope that the next book will be underway soon and hopefully your editors will have a change of heart. Or perhaps a change of brain cells are in order. Thank you for you astounding contributions to the literary world and I hope to hear news of your next Wicked book soon. Hopefully the new year will bring some changes.

I haven’t been able to put the books down, and I nearly had a hart attack when the nearest B&N didn’t have Wicked 2 available the first time I checked. Please continue writing, I can’t stand not knowing about Alex, or how Holly and Jer’s relationship will turn out. Like many other fans, I’m waiting for Wicked 3, or at least the fifth installment of this suberb series!

     OMG! I just HAVE to know what happens to Jeraud and Holly! I love how they keep having visions from Jean and Isabeau! I just finished Witch and Curse, and I dont even know the names of the next two books! But I HAVE to know because if I dont know then I cant figure out what happens! Does Phillipe find Nicole?      Okay i was at Barnes and Nobels and i was looking for some good books to read. I was looking around with my mom when i saw a book that said “Witch Season” and it looked exactly like you books “Wicked” and so i ran as fast as i could over to it people were looking at me like i was crazy but w/e. And while i was running i was thinking wait a MINUTE!! she has not even written it yet how could it be out!! So i slowed down and noticed it was not your book but someone elses. But it looked very similar to yours. I read the back and it looked interesting so i got it…Interesting day hu?
     Haha wright that book soon nancy im starting to see illusions!!! Ahhhh haha ttyl.

     Wow, your books have really enthralled me I must say! I am proud to say that I am an avid reader, and I LOVE your work!

     I was very sad about the cliffhanger at the end, as someone mentioned. I was also shocked about Jer and Holly, it came to me as complete surprise!

     But now thinking about your ending, it makes me want to read the 5th book even more! And now I am starting to get a baddd feeling about Alex….especially after I read the epilogue of Spellbound. I am starting to have a few ideas about Alex, but I will keep my mouth clamped until the 5th book comes out.

     By the way, I would LOVE if you can tell me when the 5th book is coming out, this series is one that has everything a person like me could want; action, some fantasy, romance, you get a whole deal here!!

     Once again, great job on the series, keep up the good work!

     Wow I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed your series and other books that you have written. I have been a fan since I was in HS over 10 years ago when I first started to watch Buffy and Angel. I read the whole series of Wicked in just 48 hours since I just couldn’t put it down and I really was shocked to find that there wasnt a 5th book out already, since the last one was published about 5 years ago. I really wanted to know what happened and it sucks to have to stop and wait when you have that momentum going in a series. I really hope that your editor’s realize what a loyal fan base you have for this series and that you truly have touched a good many people. I look forward to the next book, they just keep getting better.

     i loved the wicked books and i really, really hope there’s another one and soon cuz i hate waiting. I just hope that in the end there’s a happy ending, especially with Jer and Holly, but even just in general. Sometimes having everyone keep dying got a little depressing so i think at least amanda, holly, and nicole deserve a happy ending…oh and uncle richard! there has to be something good that happens to them in the end!

     I love your books series WICKED!!!!
     One of my teacher told me about this series because I had read the Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer and she thought I would love WICKED also…and I REALLY REALLY REALLY DO! So much suspense and thrill to the books! I had finished book 2 and I almost screamed because I truly want to know what is going to happen next. I am anxious to know what is going to happen to Jer and Holly’s relationship, Holly’s and Alex’s relationship later on, I want to know who is going to die because there has been lots of witches and warlocks and people dying in the books so I am thinking that some witches and warlocks are going to die and it is going to be sad, and I want to know what is Alex OR who is Alex. You and Debbie left the epilogue in a thrill about Alex so I am so VERY excited and I did hyperventilate. I had to know what is going to happen!!! OMG! OMG! OMG! I can’t wait till the book comes out! I truly hope that WICKED 3 gets published soon and be a GREAT success like the rest of the books!

     I had picked up the first in the Wicked series on a whim. I read all four in about 2 weeks, staying up late after work or school. When i got to the end of spellbound i thought that was all, and was kinda sad to think it all ended there. I was crusing around online about books and found the post saying the new book would be released…it’s the best “book gift” of the new years!!!

     omg I thought that the Twilight Saga was the best but after I read the Wicked Series WOW I am going to die if I don’t know if Holly will end up with Jer.      Ok, i can barely wait till the next book comes out of the wicked 3 series but when is it comin out? I mean its been a fairly long time and really your not giving us a whole lot of info.      Hi, it’s coming out in JULY!. I can see that the way you guys have come over on the website you don’t see the front page, where the info is/should be. So yes, it’s July, and unfortunately, it does take a pretty long time to publish a book. There are a lot of steps between Deb & my turning it in and getting it in the bookstores. But we’re almost there.

     Just want to tell you what a great series Wicked is! I got hooked onto it by the first chapter. I love the characters and I love the adventures. Is it bad to say that I also love Michael? Fiction needs more truly evil characters that won’t bend towards goodness when they meet their true love. AWESOME series!
