I am very pleased to report that I will be signing my new young adult historical fantasy, THE ROSE BRIDE, with the artist and designer of the cover–none other than the wife and husband team of Kuniko and Mahlon Craft.
They also did the cover for my other ya fantasy, SPIRITED. They will be signing posters of both covers and I will be signing THE ROSE BRIDE with them, next Friday, June 27th, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. in Margaret Mannet’s Fine Books booth, Booth 5112.
I will post my entire schedule this weekend; suffice to say that Comic-Con would not be Comic-Con without a signing at the California Browncoats booth, this year to support Mark Sheppard’s (Badger) favorite charity, which is St. Jude’s. I have two friends whose young sons have benefited greatly from the generosity of St. Jude’s–they both have been diagnosed with pediatric brain tumors–so I am thrilled to be able to sign on behalf of this worthy cause. I will be signing Buffy and Angel books, and of course, anything you care to bring to the booth–IF you make a contribution…! Be sure to check out their beautiful special edition coffee mugs. Shiny!
